This sashimi platter features 3 different cuts of bluefin tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and scallops.

Created for do-it-yourself hand rolls, for the best experience:

  1. Reheat the sushi rice

  2. Take a sheet of nori, add rice & 1-2 slices of sashimi

  3. Roll and enjoy with our signature yuzu sauce

Menu:

  • New Zealand/Scottish Salmon - marinated with truffle sauce, truffle oil

  • Japanese Yellowtail (hamachi)- marinated with house yuzu sauce, puffed rice, fresh herbs

  • Hokkaido Scallops (hotate)- aburi style with house mayo, tobiko, chives

  • Bluefin Tuna - akami (lean) with pickled wasabi

  • Zuke Chutoro - marinated bluefin fatty tuna in soy

  • Zuke Chutoro - marinated fatty tuna with Japanese edible flowers (hanaho)

  • Zuke O-toro - marinated bluefin super fatty tuna seared tataki style
