This sashimi platter features 3 different cuts of bluefin tuna, salmon, yellowtail, and scallops.
Created for do-it-yourself hand rolls, for the best experience:
Reheat the sushi rice
Take a sheet of nori, add rice & 1-2 slices of sashimi
Roll and enjoy with our signature yuzu sauce

New Zealand/Scottish Salmon - marinated with truffle sauce, truffle oil
Japanese Yellowtail (hamachi)- marinated with house yuzu sauce, puffed rice, fresh herbs
Hokkaido Scallops (hotate)- aburi style with house mayo, tobiko, chives
Bluefin Tuna - akami (lean) with pickled wasabi
Zuke Chutoro - marinated bluefin fatty tuna in soy
Zuke Chutoro - marinated fatty tuna with Japanese edible flowers (hanaho)
Zuke O-toro - marinated bluefin super fatty tuna seared tataki style
